List of St. Lukes Family Practice- Walnutport's Reviews
Came in on 8/4 scheduling an appointment as I'm looking for a referral to a general surgeon ASAP as I'm in great pain for a hernia condition. Was giving an appointment for 9/26!!! Person at the front desk was great as she was genuinely concerned but there wasn't much she could do. Couldn't tell me where to go as I've already been to the ER twice. I just need a referral but I need it ASAP! Can anyone help me? PLEASE!
I have been with this practice since I moved up from North Carolina. I have had no problems with either the staff or dr. They have always been polite and respectful to my concerns. I love love dr Shetayh. The most important thing is that even in this day when they rush you through he listens and does research if he doesn’t know an answer. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.
Not professional or experienced. Reached a conclusion before understanding my Conditions or history. Treated like an addict and left to be in pain. Each appointment I was never given a follow-up. I spent a week in ICU on an unrelated and also life long condition, that could have been prevented if patients were treated like family instead of a number. St. Lukes has some great compationate Dr's that listen and try to understand. Sadly they are not found here.
My family had been seeing Dr Anne as our PCP for years, but she suddenly left the practice. Frankly, she was the only reason we went here, and now that she's gone, we'll find somewhere else.
I've been here for multiple visits and they always treat me so well. Dr Shetayh truly listens to my needs and helps push me into the right direction for me to be a healthier person and a better me.
Find a different office. Every time I come in here I have to be on time or I get billed a no show fee. But yet it’s ok for the doctor to take 30-60 minutes to get to you passed your appointment. It’s wrong, unnecessary, unprofessional, and a waste of my time. And they always asks these 2 questions: Are you wanting to harm yourself? And they leave you in the room alone for 60 mins.
My wife recommended this office after a great meeting with Dr.Shetayh. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. Dr. Shetayh, took time to speak with me and learn about my family history. He let me speak openly and provided excellent care options for my concerns.
Emily is absolutely wonderful in the front office, however my mother had a terrible experience with the other front desk girl while trying to schedule an appointment. She questioned my mother very rudely and did not seem sympathetic at all that my brother was very sick and needed to be seen. Do not go into the medical field if you do not know how to speak with people. Thank you Emily for being so kind, they are lucky to have you.
Great medical clinic that is affiliated with St. Luke's Health Care System. It never seems to be crowded and wait times are fairly short.
I would like to give a better rating because Dr Manzella is wonderful, however the staff there is very rude and uncompassionate! I brought my autistic daughter in for vaccinations and she was already scared, the nurse who administered the vaccination only made the situation worse. She has absolutely no compassion and didn't speak kind to me or my daughter. She actually raised her voice at her and told her that if she didn't sit still it would hurt even worse. True as that may be it didn't help the situation and actually made my daughter panic more . After she administered the vaccine she walked out with no concern to see how my daughter was or to give any consoling words. I also have an older daughter who is autistic and passes out with vaccines so in my experience you don't just leave the room right after giving the vaccine, overall I feel we've received very poor medical Care today

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
