I was apprehensive about going to urgent care because I’ve never been to one before. They were so thorough and caring and nice!!

Billing is a disaster with them. I've been trying to resolve a bill for months along with help from my insurance provider. I was on a call with Tower Health Billing and my Insurance when they told us it would not go to collections and someone would reach back out. Just got sent to collections. Called my insurance carrier who again said they are in Billing against their contract. I've now spent atleast 5 hours on this. Save yourself trouble and go anywhere else but Tower.

Went there because of an issue with my knee. The Dr came in and bearly looked at it and said I was ok. I went to my primary care Dr the next day and he looked at it more. If this was my first time here I wouldn't go back

Came there with a hard pain in lower back, i made a mistake and told them that’s that happened on a job and asked if I can pay by cash without using insurance, they told me I could. But after 45 minutes of waiting they told me that they can’t help me because I should have work camp from my employer and they can’t do it other way… I understand that you have to follow rules even if they are stupid, but please make sure that your employees now them! So they will not waste a time of people who can find help In other place!
