When I walked into the office I felt immediately welcomed. I had just moved to the Philadelphia area and need to find a doctor for my yearly checkups and normal illnesses at my age. I heard from a neighbor who also goes to this practice that I should try Dr.Mandel. His examination was thorough and he recommended what he needed to his staff was very friendly and helpful. I also found the waiting room to be nice and not uncomfortable to wait in. I cannot express how happy I am to have to not worry about finding a new doctor in my new home.

Very disappointed with the care I received. After waiting 40 minutes for a sick visit to see if I had a sinus infection he just prescribed me 2 medications without even confirming I had a sinus infection. I have had 8 sinus infections last year and this one was more of a headache and didnt follow the usual signs. However he just gave me antibiotics without even telling me what the conclusion was. I asked him how to take the medication and he told me to ask the pharmacist and left. Horrible.

Very easy to get an appointment to see Dr. Mandel. Very prompt seeing his patients no long waiting in the waiting room. He is very pleasant and cares for the patient.

I enjoy the office and the staff is good. one complaint though is that I had a hard time refilling my prescription one only one occasion.
