Disappointed that I was not told on phone that if I did not have a mask I had to reschedule. I have the Covid shot, and normally do have my mask but took a different vehicle for my appointment so did not have one. Also, when I go into any other place, including Walmart or my local municipality, there are free cheap masks as soon as I go in doorway for those who do not have one. A wasted trip and I will not reschedule but find another doctor in another area. Not even a reminder call about appointment which is done for other places I visit such as dentist or regular doctor. If there was, so much could be avoided like missed appointments or appointments needing to be reschedule due to no mask.
