I've never shared any of my own experiences online but I would have to say that Doctor Riccio Is the best doctor in that clinic by far she always listens to what you have to say and we'll go out of her way to make sure your needs are met and you are taken care of before you leave...🖤🖤🖤🖤 Thanks agian Stevie..

The actual staff try to do the best they can. The management always has an excuse for the facility being run terribly. Covid, lack of employees, miscommunication with call center, Dr emergencies, federal regulations, and so on. If you need to reschedule they will charge you a penalty fee. Yet, they can do however they see fit with your time. More Drs than I can remember have come and gone. They hound you with calls prior to your visit because you’re a cash cow to them. Once you’re at your appointment, they could care less about your experience with them. They know they have the monopoly on this service, they make millions off it. Pharmaceutical companies/ Drs knowingly created this opioid epidemic and they are still making billions off it.

Went here for years. They marked me as a no call no show so I had to be seen by Dr. Jones which wasn't my regular doctor. He ended up prescribing me 2 a day which I have been on 2 and a half for a long time. They kicked me out for calling and asking for my other half. Completely ignorant about the situation. They aren't there for the patients it's about the money.
