I accompanied an elderly, hearing impaired friend to an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Salvitti Davis. We sat in the waiting room for two hours, then escorted into a room for a ten-minute exam. No explanation nor apology was offered for the long delay. My friend told me after we left that when I asked a question about my friend’s declining eyesight, Dr. Davis rolled her eyes and sighed. I didn’t witness this insult because Dr. Davis had her back to me. A few minutes into the exam I detected arrogance and I was correct. I have never posted a negative review but the treatment we received warranted notifying unsuspecting people what to expect should you go to Southwestern Pennsylvania Eye Center specifically Dr. Davis.

Excellent doctor and surgeon. She was thorough and made me feel comfortable when I had my cataract surgery. Would recommend her to anyone!

I have never had to wait repeatedly like I have at her office always more than an hour😢it is unforgivable and the clerical staff are untrained and uninformed, this is very unfortunate as Dr Davis seems quite good but who has hours in their day to wait for what is obviously their planned method of operation, it’s terrible!

I am confident in Dr. Davis' knowledge and ability. The practice is sooooooo busy that there is a bit of a rushed atmosphere to the whole experience from entering the front door to the time you leave. That is EXCEPT for the usually LENGTHY time one spends in the waiting room. I will recommend Dr. Davis with the caveat that one must be willing to wait.

Dr. Salvitti Davis ordered a test that saved my life. It is because of Dr. Salvitti Davis' knowledge and expertise that I am alive and well today. This Dr. saved me from having a stroke that may have resulted in death and I will be forever grateful. Thank you!

I have every confidence in Dr. Davis, the entire staff and all the other doctors in this office. They are the best and treat each patient as if they are the most important person in the room. The are all extremely well qualified and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. THE VERY BEST OF CARE ANYWHERE. Love them all.
