Dr. Stafford performed a total thyroidectomy on me, and in my interactions with him he was knowledgeable and thorough. In the days and weeks after surgery, there were some ups and downs, but I was always able to get in contact with him easily—something that definitely isn’t the case with all doctors, so I really appreciated his willingness to answer questions and help. You’d be in very capable hands with this doctor.

Dr. Stafford and his staff were so incredible! I had a pretty intense surgery on my parotid gland. Dr. Stafford did a perfect job with removing the tumor, protecting my nerves, and with the stiches. I am so grateful and blessed to have found this doctor. I am fully recovered with barely any scaring. Dr. Stafford puts so much time into a great experience, surgery and answering all questions, I really appreciated his attention to detail, time he spent answering my questions and explaining this procedure. I 100% recommend!

Dr. Stafford did a total thyroidectomy on me due to a large cyst on my thyroid. In the weeks after the surgery, there were some ups and downs, and I had to get in contact with him/the office a couple times outside of appointments. He was responsive and willing to answer questions and help. When things are going wrong, your body doesn't care if it's not between 8:00 - 5:00, so I appreciated that he was willing to text or answer calls even when he wasn't technically on the clock. Personality-wise, like a lot of surgeons, he can be a bit brusque and a little intimidating, but I don't doubt for a second that he knows what he's doing. You'd be in very capable hands with this doctor.

When I have problems with my hearing or the hearing aid they are extremely helpful. Most recently my hearing aid broke. This was upsetting. the positive way they handled this situation was almost overwhelming to me. I did not expect such a positive outcome. Highly recommend.

Hour wait each time I was there before I even got called back to exam room and then another wait in there. Not a very friendly office staff either. I’ll find a different ENT.
