I never met the Doc put was my files like others were transferred by Dr.Tom Free to this New Doctor. I never did want to have this OLOKODANA ? Doc, and never agreed to have him, I found a Local Doctor, then I asked for a Transfer of my files to my new Doctor, this OLOKODANA ? Doc wanted me to pay 35 $ for this, like many others, but some paid it, I wonder what Dr.Tom would of think of him in doing this to his Patients. Just feel that OLOKODANA ? Doc is double dipping for now. Heard bad things about OLOKODANA ? Doc and if I had to deal with this person in emerge I would not let him come close to ME at all. Sorry but it is what it is....

Does not read his own notes on the computer, tried to get me to take prescriptions containing things I have posted as being allergic to, and then argues with me. I felt strongly enough in my lack of confidence that I had him place a DNR order in my file because I don't want to wake up and find out what he has done to undermine my health, or my wishes.
