8-2-22 My first experience. I never met my doctor. I was rescheduled for my first appointment with them being told due to my job I have limited free time and couldn't be rescheduled. Then my first "visit" was a phone call a few days later. The PA ordered a full blood panel and failed to inform me that I'd have to be at the lab by 8 AM for the tests. Apparently 10:30 AM on my day off wasn't good enough and after the lab called the office to get approval to do it they refused it and said I'd have to reschedule it. Then after I called the office to inform them of my very underwhelming experience and I'd be seeking care elsewhere, they not only discharged me, but my wife also. I can't speak on the doctor but the office staff has set a pretty low bar.
Wonderful doctor! Great patient care, been under her care for last few years for treatment of my thyroid disease. Always answers patiently all questions and explains treatment plan well.
Assistant fails to call patients back when messages are left, mix ups with appointments and labs. The doctor is really good but the staff made this place unbearable.
I was referred to this doctor because of a potential goiter. She saw in my records that I was on antidepressants and told me, "Maybe you should try yoga and meditation so you can get off those." Keep in mind I was NOT there for anything to do with depression. At that same visit she asked if I had children. When I said no, she said, "Well, you don't want to wait too long . . . ." Again, this was COMPLETELY unsolicited advice that had absolutely nothing to do with why I was there. I was clear with her that the lump in my throat was becoming a significant issue (causing me to throw up). When she ordered tests, she ordered them for two weeks from my visit and I had to basically beg to get them sooner. When the tests showed that the lump was a large cyst/thyroid nodule, she said, "We usually just let these things go." I had to press her about what the next steps were (thankfully I was referred to an ENT). The office staff are also curt, often misinformed/wrong, and unprofessional.
Dr. Moturi is so kind and very knowledgeable. Her staff are super sweet and are very caring and supportive
I have been going to this office for 6 months now and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. dr maturi and her p.a. are awesome.
I have been seeing Dr. Moturi for over 1 1/2 years. The doctor is extremely friendly and efficient with my issues. As far as the staff goes I treat them with the same respect I would expect in return. If you are friendly they return the gesture.
The office is terrible at returning calls or setting up appointments for lab work. The doctor herself is really good, but it’s not worth dealing with having to make multiple trips due to missing labs. The staff also tries to rush you off the phone rather than dealing with the miscommunications
She changes her mind several times during her office visits which is confusing. Nothing written to indicate her final recommendation. She seems to be honest with her interest in me as a patient; however, I need her medical directions to be clear and solid.
I have been going to Dr. Moturi for a couple years now. I feel she is an excellent doctor, and trust her thoroughly to care for my health situation. Her staff has always been professional, and have treated me with respect.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
