Long wait times and they aren't even busy. This is the 2nd time in a row that I've waiting about 30-35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The most recent visit was a follow up that last ed all of 5 minutes (maybe), which the nurse practitioner even admitted was unnecessary and could've been done over the phone. Then they had the audacity to charge $210...for a 5 minute appt! And when I called and expressed my unhappiness I was told there was no appeal process and if you don't pay we will send this to collection. What I took from that was shut up and pay or we'll sic the dogs on you. Sounds like money means more to this practice than patient care.

I've been to this doctor twice and both times I've waited 20-30 minutes after my scheduled appointment before im seen. And based on what I've seen at the office it's not because they are busy. The last time I was just in for test results and I waited 30 minutes just for a 3 minute conversation. Definitely better options out there.

When you can get an appointment with Dr Totten is focused on you for the maybe 15 minutes she spends with you. However, getting an appointment with her is like pulling teeth. When I had to reschedule because I was sick the closest appointment was 7 months away! And yet they say she is accepting new patients? She doesn't have time for the patients she does have. I had a test in December and still haven't received the results.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Totten. I can't tell you how much it meant to me to have a Doctor actually take the time to listen and to exam me with her hands. I have had an ongoing issue for over a year now and I finally feel like I'm going to get an answer to my problem. She is a great Doctor and person, and I will recommend her to anyone and everyone.

She truly is a wonderful Doctor. Very knowledgeable and professional. Helped me with my IBS. Would highly recommend her.

My husband and I both see Dr. Totten. She is a very knowledgeable, kind, caring doctor. She never seems to be in a hurry and takes time to address our questions and concerns. For years several other doctors could not do a complete colonoscopy on me due to a tortuous colon, but Dr. Totten takes her time and gently proceeds through to get a complete picture. I trust her to fully care for my and my husband's gastrointestinal health.

Awesome! Love Doctor Totten ... she listens and answers all of my questions. She seems to know what's wrong even before she performs the Endoscopy! Super nice, too!

10 STAR! AMAZING DOCTOR! Through MY CHOICE I HAD to be AWAKE for a colonoscopy and she did warn me of the discomfort but we did proceed and she was awesome-used a pediatric scope and all that-plus I got to watch the whole thing and she had the nurse help me when things were a little painful with the air. She was thorough & gentle. She was able to tell me what she was seeing on the screen and considering what we were doing it was pretty cool to look at all that and learn about it.
