He was able to make me feel very comfortable with him which isn’t something I’m good at. I went through a very scary situation. I was terrified, in so much pain & I was very anxious. It was the most terrifying thing & most painful thing I’ve ever endured in my entire life, but somehow he was able to make me feel like everything was going to be alright. He performed my lung surgery & removed my chest tube flawlessly. He made something that was supposed to be uncomfortable & painful into something quick & painless (chest tube removal). He’s a good man & a fantastic Dr. I’m so glad he was my doctor & he was able to help walk me through that scary situation.

Down to earth man. Doesn't talk down to you or make ya feel dumb. Very straight forward, did a fantastic job on my hiatal hernia surgery... 0 meds,0 relux since surgery in oct of 2021. Great bedside manor and all the fellow staff have high regards for him

Dr. VanDeusen was an excellent Doctor, he took a lot of time in his office and in the hospital before surgery explaining what he was going to do, he also spent a lot of time with my husband explaining whet went on in surgery with me. Great personality and great office staff! Thank you so very much for the wonderful care!

This is a man I trusted with my life. It was easy because of his confidence and every one associated around him only had great praise for this mans surgical talent. He was the back bone in my battle with cancer. No way to fully express my gratitude I have for him.
