I saw Dr Krakora for a failed dental implant removal and adjacent tooth extraction. The implant removal required major jaw bone restoration. The work Dr Krakora and staff performed was completed in a timely and amazing manner. I believe the doctor is one of the most intelligent and competent professionals I have ever encountered. You can feel comfortable you are being treated by one of the best oral surgeons available anywhere.

Was qouted a price for teeth extractions and evertime I've called them since the price keeps going up and up and up. Need my dental work to be spot on to qualify for the kidney transplant list and this place cant give an accurate price that doesnt always goes up. Very disappointed, they have always given top notch care but their pricing has become suspect.

This doctor and his staff deserve the highest rating. I have never been to ANY doctors office that has had the talent and customer care that this one does. They go far above and beyond. I had All -On-4 done top and bottom. He did an outstanding job I had no issues EVER. Everyone there is friendly and very good at their jobs. I had an issue with my dentist office it had nothing to do with his office. They stayed opened and waited for me so they could fix what the girl at my dentist office could not. Dr. Krakora and his staff were all very professional and caring to me throughout my whole experience at his practice! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of oral surgery!

Extremely disappointed, I went there for a very loose bottom wisdom tooth was recommended I have the top one removed also. I needed to be put under they wanted another doctor to sign off on putting me to sleep. They would not do it without that. Waited three weeks to hear from them never heard from him, call them up told them I was in pain asked if I could just have the bottom one removed with Novocaine. I was told it was over a month wait but if they could get the approval I could be in the following week for gas. Went there on April 4th now June 2nd never heard back from them still have the extremely loose tooth and a lot of pain. Also received a letter from Dr krakora stating how nice it was to meet me at my first appointment. I never met the man , I only met and assistant and a nurse practitioner. I feel this practice abandoned me and I would never recommend them to anybody.

Took my insurance cards before the procedure. Didn’t tell me they wouldn’t accept my medical insurance. There was a medical complication during the procedure. After months of calling they finally tell me that they won’t file a claim and I am stuck with the bill!

All my complaint deals with their billing. They asked for my insurance cards before the procedure and never told me that they would not deal with mine. After the procedure they billed me for unexpected complications that were medical. I called many times to ask them to file the medical portion. Three months after they finally told me they don't participate and would not file a claim. How unprofessional! DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND OVERPAYING!

I am a patient of Dr. Krakora and approximately 8 months ago, he performed oral surgery involving an extraction of a tooth and replacement with a dental implant. This was done with no pain or discomfort. My recovery was also surprisingly the same. After taking ibuprofen the next morning, no more pain medications were necessary. I found Dr. Krakora and his staff to be very professional and competent.
