List of Passi Vikas's Reviews
I moved into the area recently, and Dr. Passi was highly recommended by family members. I have found him to be very professional and knowledgeable! I am very satisfied satisfied with him as well as his staff!
Dr Passi is great. The office staff, not so much- rather rude.
Dr Passi is the only doctor I would trust with my care and my family's. He genuinely cares for his patients and listens to each one, giving everyone individualized care. While the office is busy. It is because their care is the best. They cannot be matched. Everyone is kind and respectful, making time for each person. Been going here for years and love these people. They are truly heroes to do the work that they do !!!
The doctors here are top notch. The staff is something totally different. They are deplorable and an embarrassment. Why you would ever put those people out front in your office ? They were unprofessional in their dress and attitude. Unless they are family, it baffles me why they are still employed in your place of business. Even if they are family ,clean house and start over. I know good staff are hard to find, especially nurses- but good God. First impressions are very important.
My toes started swelling up and turning purple and itching and burning whenever it was cold outside, and I already saw two other doctors who couldn't figure out the cause. At my appointment with Dr. Passi, I explained what was wrong and took off my shoes an socks. Then I heard him say, "They look fine to me." I looked up, and he was standing as far away from me as he could in the little room and holding some papers in front of his face. I said, "You didn't actually look at my toes." From behind his papers he said, "You can put your socks and shoes back on." "But I need you to look at my toes," I replied. He refused and kept telling me to put my socks and shoes back on. I finally agreed, and as soon as I assured him they were back on, he lowered the papers and said, "Le's see what other problems you are having today." I later saw a podiatrist who diagnosed my toe problems as a condition called chilblains.
I saw Dr. Passi for insomnia. I told him I'll have two or three times a week where I'm unable to fall asleep for over 24 hours and sometimes it's more than 30. He said if I took antidepressants I wouldn't care if I have insomnia, and I wouldn't need to sleep because I wouldn't care about being tired. I was also trying to get physical therapy and specialist referrals for a torn acl and wrist injury. He told me I should just take antidepressants, and I wouldn't care that my knee and wrist hurt. I never once mentioned anything about having depression during this appointment.
I saw him for insomnia, and even though I never mentioned anything having about depression, he simply said, "Take antidepressants and you won't care that you have insomnia." I tried to explain to him that sometimes I'm unable to sleep for over 24 hours, so even if I didn't care about having insomnia, I'd still have a difficult time functioning when I'm that tired. Then he replied, "If you take antidepressants, you won't care that you're tired."
Office is way to busy, unprofessional services. Been misdiagnosed on my past visits by new PA-C.s, the way they diagnosed my family and I in present visits were not accurate and when I decided to take my family elsewhere for a second opinion, and was diagnosed properly and with pure and accurate concern and care from the ER and the Med express doctors and PA-Cs. I have and as well as my children were relieved of the illness because we were more then just an appointment number, but seen as patients and were provided by medical professions who desired to do the care as expected.I get a letter today in the mail stateing that since we used the Med express and ER too many times ( they were just three)when they had appointments open ( they did not), I just shook my head and said well if they provided the time "they claim" and the " Service" they should. Then thier patients who has been with them for 12.5 years would not go elsewhere to be taken care of as expected.. Besides the point this MD has issues because I felt uncomfortable about his rude commentsand reported him,and the other newer PA-C's because he was calling my one boy a midget and said he needs further testing because he is a dwarf, and commenting to me about my age and other rude unkind comments that was totally unprofessional and hurtful, not to mention on how he gawks at my breast every time we had a visit with him,( uncomfortable with him) even my children noticed that. I have a right to decide if this is the kind of MD or PA-C I rather not try to provide the proper care for me and my family then..perhaps these so called professionals should get a better bed side manner. I also feel that if a patient is uncomfortable with a doctor and gets a insulted by the time you walk in and your feeling worse on your way out...then I Thank The Good Lord Jesus for such a pleasant farewell.
Dr. Passi is a wonderful doctor. very caring and helpful.so knowledgeable. I have been going to him for many years. would not change doctors. He keeps track to make sure I am up to date on my appointments because I have a habit of forgetting what is due and when.
Dr Passi is the only Doctor my family and I have had that over the course of our lives, we all totally trust. He is compassionate and listens to patients, making you feel you matter. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
