PIM has helped me so much unravel and treat my underlying illnesses contributing to my chronic post covid recovery. These women are my super hero’s and came to my rescue when traditional medicine completely let me down. I plan to be a lifelong patient (as needed of course) and referral.

This is a great functional medicine practice. They are very knowledgeable.They really, really listen to you had have your best interests at heart.

The providers at PIM are outstanding! My appointments are well thought out and all my questions are addressed. There is always a good action plan laid out for me and followed up on. I have seen improvements in my overall health due to working with the PIM team. They take a functional medicine approach with appropriate tests, and they also look at me as a whole person, not just clinically, and that in my opinion is what differentiates PIM from other providers. I am looking forward to continuing my work with them to achieve my optimal, thriving self. Thank you, PIM, or seeing all of me and collaborating with me to my best self.

My fiancé and I are both regulars, although the cost is astronomical. We feel it’s worth it— like we’re receiving a college course in our own bodies. Dr. Tetlow and team test every possible level in your body— exponentially more than you would get in a regular comprehensive metabolic panel— and educate you on what your body is telling you. We come in with a specific goal in mind (for my partner it was to stop the inflammation and GI issues and for me it was hormonal imbalance) but the result is the same— feeling fantastic every day in a way we didn’t realize was realistic for us.

Dr. Tetlow and Kelly made me feel so welcomed from the moment I stepped foot into the office for my first in-person consultation. I felt like they really cared about my health. Doctor wanted to help me navigate the best possible regime to address the root cause of all my symptoms. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end.

My experience with Zoie was simply outstanding. Right from the start of my free consultation, I knew that I was speaking with someone who genuinely and deeply cared about not only fixing the root cause of my symptoms, but also how she could ease the difficulties that I had been experiencing in my journey trying to get "answers" from other providers who took a "tunnel vision" approach to health. Zoie was both very empathetic and knowledgeable, and I feel confident recommending others to her. Dr. Tetlow called me personally after my appointment to discuss some specific details with me. I was blown away by that - the main doctor of a practice calling me personally, when I wasn't even her patient! What a welcome and refreshing change. Services from PIM certainly seem well worth the cost and wait time. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I treated here for several months, initially coming in for GI distress/related issues. The entire process felt like throwing things at a wall to see if something would stick. I get that the gut is complicated and we don't know a lot about it yet. But that's the whole point. I quickly realized that real-life doctors don't really know any more than doctors on Google. I could have saved a lot of $$$ if I had realized that. They tried, but it was all guesswork and things I could have tried on my own. There was also very little urgency in the treatment plan e.g. "Try this for 6 weeks. We'll see what happens. See you at the next appointment." Like I'm suffering, in pain, and want an answer. I never got one. And I'm not blaming them for it - they just didn't have any answers, even though they tried. I've had more success through my own research and experimentation.

Dr Tetlow is a very knowledgeable , well versed doctor . After countless doctors and misdiagnosis dr .Tetlow not only got to the root cause of my health issues but also treated me with such kindness and respect .She is thorough and committed to helping her patients get their lives back. She developed plans of action for my treatment and is always looking for tests and care pertaining my health . She is patient , kind , relentless and brilliant . I owe her so much and I cannot recommend her enough if you are looking for an incredible integrative medicine doctor .
