I completed the dry eye clinic suggested treatment which was expensive and made no difference. Im not saying its a scam but it didnt work at all for me

I have had thorough visits, but it is near impossible to get a prescription refilled or a phone call returned. Wish I could give higher marks.

Dr. Siepser performed my laser eye surgery in August 2013. I researched and met so many doctors in the area, and I could tell pretty quickly he was the best eye surgeon in the area. He didn't give me the warm&fuzzies, but I knew he was the most capable of safely cutting into my eyeballs. I didn't need a best friend, I needed 20/20 vision and to not be blind. I wanted the most talented eye surgeon in the area, that is all. Fast forward to now, 8 years later, I still have 20/20 vision, my only issue is severe dry eyes from a previous condition. I have to use restasis daily. I moved out of the area 7 years ago, and recently reached out to Dr. Siepser's team for a favor. They had not heard from me in 8 years, and Meg jumped in to help me and solved a problem in 24 hours that my current doctor in New York told me was not possible. Glad to see this team is still so amazing and was willing to help me after so many years:) Also, for anyone looking to get LASIK... do your research! Coupons and Groupons...it's your eyes!! This is not a service you want to look for a "deal".

I recently had Lasik Eye Surgery with Dr. Siepser and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Siepser was very kind and even called me personally the night before my procedure to make sure I didn't have any last minute concerns. I felt more like a patient and not like a number. I consulted with three places and ultimately chose Dr. Siepser because it did not feel like a sales pitch.

I got the Lasik procedure in November 2020 and am still surprised to this day how PERFECT my vision is - 20/20! I've worn glasses my whole life and suffered with astigmatism. I knew Lasik was an option, however I've always had some apprehension UNTIL I met Dr. Siepser. He made me feel very comfortable about the procedure and what it entails. Long story short- IM SOLD. A well-deserved 5 stars for Siepser Eyecare. The support staff and the facilities are world class. Thank you Dr. Siepser for my new life!

My experience was phenomenal. The staff is very thorough and welcoming! Nick was very accommodating answering any questions I may have prior to my procedure! I was able to get my procedure done in a timely matter too. The entire office is so hygienic and clean. The procedure itself was less than 30 minutes and I was able to see better even before I left the building. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Dr. Seipser is a true professional. I just had lasik done after having two corneal ulcers with my contacts and what a difference in my life. He even personally called me the night before to check in, as well as the night of surgery. It was simple, painless, and he really went out of his way to make it the best experience possible. I’m not a doctor, but he seems to be top notch in his equipment, professional staff in the OR, demeanor, calmness, quickness, communcarion skills, steady hands, and overall ocular knowledge. I would highly recommend this practice for any needs. If you wear contacts, get a LASIK consultation here.

I love the new Doctor! She was invested in my care, courteous and knowledgeable. If I hadn't met her at my last visit, I was leaving this practice.

My Mother has been seeing Dr Siepser for over 25 years. Cataract surgery and treating her Glaucoma. She is very pleased with the office staff they are always pleasant and helpful.
