A terrible experience with a nurse. I truly feel bad, she somehow was convinced I was being rude when I was not. I don't understand what happened or why I was be accused for negative behavior, when I was calm and accomodating the whole time. I won't be returning, and I wish the experience could've been better

I scratched my eye today. I thought it was pink eye, but they diagnosed it as a scratch. Got my prescription and out the door very quickly. They were fast and efficient and I’m feeling better now.

Do not waste your time, Got there at 7:30 pm with double eye infection and was told they were at capacity and to come back in the morning. I am sorry, your closing time is 8:00 pm and I do not care how many patients you still have or if I came in at 7:55 I should not have been turned away. Lock the door at 8:00 pm and do your expected job.... which is.. if I must tell you is to take care of patients who need Urgent Care! Staff at check in is and has always been very unpleasant. Need replaced!

Very disappointed that MEDEXPRESS doesn’t take insurance for work physicals!!!

Went there for workman's comp injury on my back. Legs where tingling. NP or MD there examined me, said light work and come back in a week. Never wanted an x-ray done. Said we see if I need phys therapy. How does she know what injury I really got and that it won't get worse. Back injury are nothing to mess with. Very disappointed. If I get more problems, I will definitely file a complaint.
