Although it has been many years, Dr. Neal was my psychiatrist when worked in WV and he was the best. Most psych docs do not want to talk and listen, then merely want to hand you a prescription and then rush you out. Dr. Neal took the time to listen to my experiences and my needs.

Dr. Neal is the most caring psychiatrist I have ever had. He takes the times to find out about me and my issues. He looks at all aspects of my treatment, not just medications. He really cares.
