My wife broke her wrist on Sunday night. We came to the emergency room. Sure, we waited our turn(1 1/2 hour). We received excellent care from friendly nurses and doctor. I feel blessed to have this care.
I have never been to a hospital with such a low standard for patient care, and I have never been to a facility with "medical professionals" who know as little as these people know. There are a few individuals who still care, but they are very few and very far between. I recommend seeing your beat up box of Band-Aids under the bathroom sink before this lot of clowns.
If could I would give no stars. My daughter is her father's primary caretaker. So when he was admitted here for an infection, she was there every day, asking questions, sitting with him. Every nurse she spoke with she instructed them to call her husband's phone if she could not be reached. Unfortunately, he died and no one contacted the family. It was discovered by friends who went to visit him. They were told no one with that name is in the system. I called administration but yet have not received a call back. It really hurts that he died alone when his family wanted to be with him.
I visited the ER on Oct 16. I was on vacation and away from home and UPMC made my experience so comfortable. Check in greeted me so friendly and with empathy for the pain I was experiencing. I waited less than 5 minutes before they took me back and gave me a bed. All the nurses were wonderful, Nancy was with me almost the whole time. They listened and tended to my pain to be sure I was comfortable. Dr. Lee was very attentive to my pain and had lots of suggestions for treatment and pain relief. I felt like I really mattered and I know they were really busy. I wish they were closer, I would return here if I ever needed ER attention again.
Worst medical experience I have ever had. They took 3 hours for a single covid test. When asked how much longer for the nurse replied "ha, youre guess is as good as mine" when I finally was treated. The dr had minimal effort to help and was preoccupied by other things including a phone call during my exam. Completely unprofessional and unorganized. Would rather have had Mercy flight take me to U of R, at least they have quality care for their patients.
Came here a few times for some minor issues but over the last year or so this place seems to have changed drastically on what is being said about it within the community and good things are not being said. Something has changed here. People ? Staff? I don't know. Hopefully I won't find out
Better plan a whole day trip if you want to come here. Been here 3 hours and still have done nothing
Fire Ivonne immediately. She should not be taking care of patients. She is not worthy
FIRE YVONNE RN
Yvonne Brown wants to bring back slavery!!!! And you had bad reviews before her video went viral!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
