Dr. Towsen is absolutely fabulous! I’ve seen her multiple times for multiple injuries with my knees and ankle. She’s taken the time to go over what would be needed, performed a quick surgery, and the follow up appointments are very informative. Wouldn’t go to anyone else!

She was very dismissive, did not listen to me or the history of my injury. Kept telling me that my rotator cuff was injured even though the MRI said it was unremarkable. I had to go to another doctor to get an accurate diagnosis. Just a terrible experience with her.

THis visit was the 6 month follow up for the Total SHoulder Replacement surgery performed by Dr. Towsen. THe results of the replacement met the high expectations I had based upon the spectacular results I realized on the other shoulder replacement performed by Dr. Towsen 2 years ago. These surgeries have resulted in an increased level of performance and return to routine daily personal care and grooming which had eluded me for years. Thank You, Dr. Towsen.

Dr Towsen is Caring, Patient and was very focused on my concerns as it was my first visit with her after a fall injury that broke my upper arm. Can’t Thank her enough for her comfort and great bedside manner as I have been working through this painful injury

Dr. Towsen spend an appropriate amount of time with me. She explained everything clearly and helped me with my current issue. She was also very willing to hear me out and deal with my problem.

Dr Towson was terrible! I went in to see her after I was injured outside of the country. My husband took me to appt and we brought disc with xrays then from outside USA. She spent maybe 5 minutes with me and made me feel as though I was wasting her time . She said she didn’t see anything on X-ray and didn’t bother to check/measure my range of motion. She did not order new Xrays . She gave me a prescription for steroids and said that just inflammed. I was In severe pain and steroids did nothing but make me feel sick.I made an appt with Phila hand center because I didn't feel right after appt with Dr Towson. They took new Xrays and spent over an hour with me. They told me steroids wouldn’t help fractured elbows ! I had two fractured elbows. They measured my range of motion and swelling . They sent me directly to physical therapy and were fantastic . I did not need to be on steroids and her care was atrocious ! I don’t recommend anyone go to her !
