My eye doctor is normally on time but after seeing the assistant and doing tests, I still had to wait a half hour! My appointment was 1:20 and I didn't leave till 2:50! Then the woman at the checkout said she couldn't give me a copy of my summary! She said I can go on the portal and print it!😡 I asked her to mail it and that was her response! Apparently, they won't mail it!

Dr. Chu made a mistake with her evaluation of me and wrote an incorrect prescription, leaving me with blurred vision and useless eyeglasses. Her error was confirmed when I was reevaluated by another doctor in the practice. The second doctor wrote me a new prescription and it was perfect. Fortunately, Warby Parker was amazing and replaced the lenses for me at no charge. Dr. Chu was nice enough, but I question her expertise. I will never see Dr. Chu again nor would I recommend her to anyone.

We took our mom who is 88yrs old for an eye exam hoping for new glasses to help her see better. Chu told us she definitely has glaucoma. We scheduled an appointment with chester county eye care, same office, with their glaucoma doctor who told us she did not have glaucoma. She filled out form for handicapped parking with invalid dr id number. She also gave us a script for new glasses which had incomplete info. & could not be made.
