Dr. Brasile and the staff at MLF were our dream team. Thanks to them we welcomed baby #2 after struggling with secondary infertility. Everyone was so supportive, especially in the middle of a pandemic. From bloodword to the bigger procedures they had our backs. We will definitely return when the time comes to try for baby #3.

MLF is amazing. Even during a global pandemic their staff went above and beyond to ensure my treatment plan went as smoothly as possible. The doctors, nurses, and staff are, to a person, incredibly kind and welcoming. Because of COVID I happened to visit every one of their practices while under their care and each office was warm, welcoming, and kind. I highly recommend main line fertility for anyone on their fertility journey.

MLF was a great experience even during the pandemic. I saw/spoke with Dr. Deanna Brasile and she was no-nonsense and friendly. My husband and I really liked her. She was able to identify though normal testing that my body didn’t produce enough progesterone. We altered the course of action after the loss and were able to conceive the next cycle. So far so good! 🤞🏻🙏🏻All of the ladies at the front desk and the nurses were friendly and accommodating as can be, especially during COVID. I do want to shout out Alissa Barrie and nurse Heather, I never got her last name but I know she originally worked at West Chester. Alissa Barrie answered the emails I sent during the pandemic and she always got back to me within one business day or same day. You rock! Nurse Heather was so very kind to me during my loss and stayed positive for me the next cycle even when I was doubtful. I can’t thank you enough, Heather! I hope you got one of the cookies I bakes and designed for everyone as a thank you.Thank you Main Line Fertility for helping my husband and I create a family! I’m sure we’ll be back in the future when we’re ready for child number 2. 🤗💕

Choosing MLF & Dr. Brasile was one of the best choices we made! I alternated between the West Chester & Paoli office. Both locations were so helpful in scheduling appointments around my teaching schedule, answering any questions, keeping me informed along the way, & making the appointments as easy as possible. It’s bittersweet to “graduate” from the doctor & nurses who helped us get here as well as took care of myself and our little baby over the course of our time there. However, we’re so grateful to be in this stage because of them! Forever thankful!

Our experience with Main Line Fertility has been nothing short of exceptional. The doctors, nurses, administrators, and other staff at all locations have been very supportive and empathetic during this very difficult process. We initially began this journey at a well-reviewed and highly regarded clinic in Center City, but found the experience unwelcoming and uncomfortable. We are very happy with the treatment and experience we have received thus far at Main Line.

All they want is your money! I had dozens of appointments here and at Paoli, and the staff were rude and uncaring. Seeking treatment for this condition is obviously a very sensitive and emotional issue, but don't expect support from anyone here. The wait time is unbelievable - over an hour for only 5 minutes with the Doctor and 10 minutes in lab. I even had the first appointment of the day, and it was 20 minutes before I was seen - even though I saw the doctor down the hall and could see all the nurses gabbing in their break room! Dr. Brasile is more concerned with her shoes than with her clients, she barely looks you in the eye, doesn't answer your questions, and rushes you out of her office. They pressure you to pay extra for genetic testing and then never share the results with you. When I abruptly had to end treatments due to a move, no one from their office ever called to follow up or check in on me. They don't submit your prescriptions or lab orders correctly, so you end up paying extra for that. And they gleefully give you a new invoice each visit instead of showing any type of feeling or concern for you. This is just a big money-making factory. Please find help somewhere else.
