Dr. Schaeffer was very professional, listened to my concerns, and was thorough in his evaluation. He was kind, empathetic, and treated me with respect. He showed me a model of a spine and clearly explained the issue I was having. I am so grateful for his expertise! I highly recommend Dr. Schaeffer. In addition, his office staff was courteous and friendly.

Very late to the appointment and rushed the few minutes he had with me. I didn't talk. I felt he didn't listen to me.

Rude, arrogant. Very very condescending. Did not want to hear about my concerns. Extremely arrogant doctor and zero bedside manners. Would not recommend him to anyone.

It's very funny after reading the reviews it just confirmed it was NOT just me. This was my very first visit and he was in such a rush as if he was not interested for my visit. During the physical examination he would ask about pain, when I replied "yes" in some areas and then other areas a "little". His response was so everything is just a "little". He knew it was obvious to me he was rushing because the statement made PRIOR to his exit is "I'm sorry to be rushed, Mondays are always extremely busy." Needless to say, I will NOT return there! For those of you that had a positive experience, be thankful.
