I had my second baby delivered with Dr.Delaney. She is simply the best - this was when she had her own practice - Initially I was consulting with another Dr, who pushed me to schedule a c section, I was skeptical although I had an emergency c sec with my first , I wanted to go for a VBAC . The first Dr strictly told me that she won’t be doing VBAC for me. Later around 20 weeks , I was told about Dr.Delany that she supports VBAC , I just wanted to get a second opinion and visited her ..that’s the moment I decided she is my Dr. she encouraged all through my pregnancy and suggested me to stay active to deliver naturally - I crossed my 40 th week still she assessed me and asked me to wait for another 5 days, she was spot on - without inducing I was on labor on my 41 st week , needless to say I delivered my baby naturally 😍😍 Just love her 😍😍
I had a robotic hysterectomy in Jan 2021. This was done by Delaney at Chester County Hospital and things are great. I was a bit surprise to learn it was my best option since I was only 40. Recovery was not too bad. Even the paperwork for short term disability was almost zero hassle.
Absolutely horrible. She was filling in for my doctor and I failed my non stress test for my high risk pregnancy and sent to the hospital. She was extremely rude and short and when I asked questions it was like an inconvenience. I told my regular doctor to never get her to take on his patients again.

7 years ago I was a first time pregnant patient and went to Dr. Delaney for care. I was very excited but was going through a lot of problems at home and had anxiety being very young. Dr. Delaney had no consideration for my home life and no bedside manner. She never once asked me about why I was so stressed out and made assumptions which ultimately led to neither one of us wanting me to be a patient in her office after my son was born. As a result of her incompetence, I delivered a preterm baby boy with IUGR which was summed up as “caused by stress”. My birthing plan was completely thrown out the window and this woman put me through 22 hours of induced labor, broken my water after 10, and then told me I was getting a c-section when they knew the baby’s fluid was already low which is why I was admitted to deliver my son at 36 weeks in the first place. Fast forward to now and the reason I am leaving a 1 star review. I am with a much better doctor and delivering my third child soon. I really wanted to deliver natural, an option which has been denied to me previously because my children had complications during pregnancy. I come to find out after 7 YEARS this is not an option for me because Dr. Delaney NEVER CORRECTLY DOCUMENTED ON MY SURGICAL REPORT THAT MY “LOW TRANSVERSE C-SECTION” ACTUALLY WAS A CLASSICAL T-INCISION C-SECTION”! This meant I could NEVER have the choice for natural birth AGAIN. When I asked how this information was never brought to my attention before I was told by my new doctor it was because this woman only documented that she made the classical incision in a ONE WORD SENTENCE HALF WAY THROUGH THE SECOND PAGE OF THE REPORT. My doctor couldn’t believe the mess up and lack of proper documentation. This could have cost me the life of myself and my baby had I gone natural this time, with my new doctor telling me the chance of uterine rupture is now around 25% with natural birth. Dr. Delaney took the option for natural childbirth from me and I will never get that back. Do yourself a favor and go to CHOP or LVHN Cedar crest. Both gyn specialists there listen to your concerns and needs, they have the best NICU for emergencys, and they NEVER make you feel like YOU are the problem. And they don’t mess up a surgical report documentation that could cost you your life.
Awful, office phone number is always busy, pharmacy cannot fax over RX refills, fax is always busy, she told me I was fat and gave me a business card for a plastic surgeon to get liopsuction. I am 10lbs overweight. Uses god as an excuse multiple times as the reasons for my symptoms, "it's how god made us". A woman of science, more like a woman of ignorance and carelessness. I am only giving her one star because I have to give a star to post this review.

Dr. Delaney provided a truly patient centered care experience. She was warm, compassionate and had a great sense of humor! Thank you, Dr. Delaney.
Agree with all the other negative reviews. Don’t waste your time with this doctor, there are so many others out there who care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
