Pretty good for me but DO NOT GO IF YOU SPEAK SPANISH From what I've seen the people who work there are straight up jerks to people who don't speak much English. Especially the older woman workers. Disappointed

I am extremely ticked off at the moment! My daughter has been dealing with diaper rash, and without seeing her, they prescribed her something 4 days ago. It is not working, and I called them about this, and the two receptionists said that Mondays are so busy! Gtfoh, 3 1/2, closer to 4 hours later I am still waiting on a call back from a nurse. I know she's not deathly sick, or dying, but something tells me they still wouldn't care. Just awful!

DO NOT GET JEN AS YOUR NURSE. She gave my son shots and was absolutely horrible. She was very rough with him. She handled him in a rough manner and it made it 10x worse because we already know that shots are not fun. I will not have JEN touch my son EVER AGAIN. He was so traumatized from her. All she wanted to do was rush getting done with him to do whatever she needed to do afterwards. There was no compassion or respect at all from her. She was also condescending towards myself and my husband.

If you're looking for a primary care practice for your children that will see your kids when you have legitimate concerns, this is not the place. They don't want to see your kids unless they have spiked a fever. We've run into this issue a number of times and have had to almost fight to get an appointment. The doctors are extremely caring if you can get an appintment, but I would not recommend this practice as a whole.

They never seem to have any appointments. I missed my kids 5 year check-up appointment and they called 30 minutes after instead of 30 before. Know i have to wait till shes almost 6 years to take her for her 5 year check up. They cant even give me an appointment for a flue shot. Like really??/
