List of Christianacare Primary Care At West Grove's Reviews
They are very rude and they don’t accommodate thier patients especially when they already know what they are going through with thier health
I am very impressed with my care at this location. After Dr. Cerva left the practice, I am now seen by Nicole Rickard, FNP. The day of my first visit with Nicole, my blood pressure was extraordinarily high. As a follow up, Nicole had the office call on two consecutive days to check on my blood pressure readings at home. I am very grateful for the professional care I am receiving, and will definitely remain with this practice. Thank you to everyone!
I was not impressed they take weeks to get me appointments it’s ridiculous
The front desk staff, nurse, and Dr Cerva were pleasant and professional. Very comfortable office, clean and easy to deal with.
Doctors are all about the money and not your health wouldn't refill my meds and ended up having a heart attack because of it
The office manager has absolutely no human decency whatsoever. Very rude during one of the hardest times in my life. She's a very spiteful and vindictive woman. Not really sure why she works in health care. I would appreciate if the owner of this practice give me a call so we could talk about what happened today and why i will be calling a lawyer on your practice
Had some tests done on Sept. 10. Called on Sept. 21 and left a message for the nurse. Called on Sept. 22 and left a message for the nurse with someone at the front desk. Still waiting for a call back...
I was very sick when I came to PA and this practice. Dr. is nice but when you call this office no one answers the phone. Leaving a message might get you a call back in 24-48 hours.
I just paid over $700.00 to Quest Diagnostics for blood tests, ordered by Dr. Cerva, that Medicare stated were medically unnecessary. I called Dr. Cerva for help, and was told that I had to call Medicare and get the correct codes for the blood tests. Obviously, Medicare would not give me those codes. I called the office again, and they told me they sent new paperwork to Quest Diagnostics. Upon calling Quest Diagnostic, I was told that they had sent Dr. Cerva office requests for new paperwork and never received any answer from Dr. Cervas office. I called so many times for help, that finally, after 11 months, I paid the bill. I also had to call the office several times, to get a prescription for a mammogram. It has just gotten way to difficult , and expensive, to stay at this office and the lack of care and concern I received is just another reason I am leaving the practice. Pat Marx
Told Dr. Cerva I was feeling very depressed and anxious and she told me “that’s life.” This is the kind of “care” that kills people. Also have experienced other unrelated health issues that I’ve inquired about, to which she has been extremely condescending about. Very inappropriate and unprofessional doctor. Front desk is very rude and condescending as well, except for Skylar, who is very nice. Have been told I cannot see another doctor at the practice due to one of their doctors leaving or whatever. Hopefully I will find a new PCP soon.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
