After a week of waiting and only one day before my appointment this office called and left me a voice mail canceling my appointment. They basically professionally diagnosed me based on my 1 minute telephone call with the receptionist. No one from the office bothered to call me to ask me further questions to clarify what my medical condition was before making the decision to cancel my appointment. Extremely unprofessional poor customer service poor patient treatment and inhumane. 1 star is generous. No more Penn Medicine for me.

Dont recommend this practice to anyone. They do no follow up on medical conditions you are told just to wait and see what happens. You have to chase them to get your test results. If you value your health dont go here

I saw dr. Brazerol at this location and it was the worst experience Ive ever had. He was incredibly unfriendly rude and disrespectful. After the appointment had finished he just left the room didnt ask if I had any questions or when to schedule my next appointment not even a goodbye. I left the appointment in tears. Totally unprofessional I would think twice before seeing this doctor.
