Dr. Sloane really made me feel comfortable and was extremely thorough in answering all of my questions. The nurse, who’s name is slipping my memory, was also wonderful, welcoming and down to earth! Thank you for making my visit a pleasurable experience! I highly recommend this practice!

This place charged the insurance $1,000’s for an IUD 5 years ago - because I no longer have insurance they will not remove it without me having insurance, claiming it will be $1,000+ to now be removed … ….insurance fraud… they bill the insurance for it’s placement = $1,000’s. Then AGAIN (as they claim) $1,000+ for removal of what was already paid for, requiring only a nurse visit of 5 minutes or leas. This is just wrong, not to mention awful care for patients - which are people! If they are making that much EXTRA money off a 5 minute visit on something that is used up and will be thrown out, it is robbery. The fee should be a nurse visit only - it is now not at all about a patient care oath anymore it appears to about an insurance protection oath. 😢 we live in sad times here in the USA.

Every time I call, they either take 20 minutes to answer, or tell me they don’t have anything for right now and to go to urgent care , I’ve been calling to get my Nexplenon taken out because I’ve been very unhealthy since having it out in, and they are not very helpful at all !

After a week of waiting and only one day before my appointment, this office called and left me a voice mail canceling my appointment. They basically professionally diagnosed me based on my 1 minute telephone call with the receptionist. No one from the office bothered to call me to ask me further questions to clarify what my medical condition was before making the decision to cancel my appointment. Extremely unprofessional, poor customer service, poor patient treatment and inhumane. 1 star is generous. No more Penn Medicine for me.

I saw dr. Brazerol at this location and it was the worst experience I've ever had. He was incredibly unfriendly, rude, and disrespectful. After the appointment had finished he just left the room, didn't ask if I had any questions or when to schedule my next appointment, not even a goodbye. I left the appointment in tears. Totally unprofessional, I would think twice before seeing this doctor.

Don't recommend this practice to anyone. They do no follow up on medical conditions you are told just to wait and see what happens. You have to chase them to get your test results. If you value your health don't go here
