AIO needs to get their act together. The office is over scheduled with long wait times. I have had three eye infections after receiving an injection which has cause much pain and loss of sleep and an operation that should never have taken place if people had done their job right in the first place. Their techs are poorly trained and rush through the procedures which leads to mistakes. It is difficult to rate a doctor who you see for a minute as he puts an injection into your eye. Angry, very much so! I expect more of my doctors.

My relative was referred to this doctor for treatment of a retinal disorder. Now, my relative sees much worse than before the treatments!

I was very nervous about my first appointment because I thought I was going blind. Dr. Jewart was so kind and explained what was happening and what he could do for me. He promised that the 'shot in the eye' wouldn't hurt and it didn't! He is a great doctor!

The new location in Irwin on Thompson Lane makes the total 1 hour experience much more efficient! Since this entire group did an excellent job on my cataract surgery, my 6 month follow up appointments with Dr. Brian Jewart are brief but reassuring in that he answers my questions and explains my vision will carry me through my retirement years without issues. I for one am appreciative this group/staff has the knowledge, technology and investment that the cutting edge of eye care is there for all of us.

I am very pleased with Dr Jewart and his staff...I been a Type 1 diabetic for over 50 years and am very concerned and worried at time that my eyesight may diminish to a point I become blind..Prior to Dr Jewart I had a wonderful Dr for over 30 years that I grew to trust and depend onHis name was Dr Lally.When Dr Lally announced his retirement I became very nervous as to who could possibly replace him.I feel very comfortable and happy with Dr Jewart !
