I called for an appointment on July 1st but couldn't get in until August 8th, which was fine. Though I gave my insurance information in July when I first called, I received a call on August 7th that my insurance was not accepted. I was willing to pay on my own, but on August 8th, the morning of my appointment, I received a call telling me not to come. I'm very disappointed with the fact that I waited 5 weeks to get into this doctor and then was turned away even though I was going to pay cash. I feel let down, and could have found help at another doctor had I been notified of this sooner. Obviously a patient's health is not their number one concern

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment on July 1st and couldn't get in until August 8 which was fine. I gave insurance information in July, but wasn't told until August 7th that they didn't accept my insurance. Though I was willing to pay out of pocket, my appointment was still cancelled. I waited 5 weeks to get in to see the doctor, only to be told on the morning of my appointment to not come. I've very disappointed that this is how new patients are treated. Had I known, I could've gone somewhere else instead of wasting 5 weeks waiting.
