My appointment was at 1:00. I only had to wait about 5 minutes. Dr. Lewis was very friendly. She listen to my concerns and verified what I thought was going on.

Always willing to give the benefit of the doubt but this was a visit ordered by my PCP to determine what exactly is wrong other than another covid test, nothing else was done. The visit was rushed, I was told my symptoms didn't "excite" her. I've had a migraine, burning nasal passages, facial and ear pain for over a week that has now developed into an abscess in my tooth. I don't care if it excites her. I went to be get an answer and got nothing but a rude physician that made it clear I was wasting her time. Very unprofessional tone towards a medical practioners diagnosis I had previously for the same ailment. I happen to work for the same company as this practioner and trust his judgement. I was treated like an imbecile that doesn't know what "sick" feels like and told to continue the current treatment I was on. Hello. Excedrin and nasal spray aren't cutting it, I need another test for another virus my doctor ordered it. No. She needs to remember why she became a doctor.

I was seen at this sand day center at very short notice. Dr. Lewis was very caring and LISTENED to my problem. She ordered some x-rays, delivered the results and had me out the door in a very reasonable amount of time. Everyone at this office was friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to return if the need should arise.
