I’ve been very happy with Dr. Heil and his entire staff, from the professional consultation and making me feel comfortable to the expert level of communication during pre-op (including weeks prior) to the excellent care that Tyler has shown during my recovery process, in the weeks following my surgery. I have had a very positive experience!

I had an implant burst 2 years ago after having implants for 19 years. Doctor Heil removed them and I got new implants! I healed phenomenal, they look great even without a lift! And I had pain for only 2 days!!! I’m actually going back for lipo 360 and a BBl this week! Very excited! Love his staff especially Sandy!!! She was EXTREMELY accommodating and helpful!! I have done other consultations with other surgeons in this facility is top notch service compared to the other places I looked into.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. UNPLEASANT RESULTS AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY This man has horrible bedside manner, is mean, condescending and unstable. Run as fast as you can and don’t book anything with him

I received liposuction from Dr Hail. He told me that most of the Dr's around here are just general tell me that most of them are just DO's. Also he told me that Sonabella was a waste of my money. I spent 11k on my procedure I went back to him so he could check my progress. I was told that I there are small cells of and that's what he sucked out. He showed a picture with fat but who knows who's it was. The best part was he looked sick but he told me he had a colonoscopy and lost 1/3 of his blood. I was in agony with pain for 2 months but all of they give me for 3 days He then told me I wasn't eating the right foods and I didnt do enough exercises which is hilarious for I always eat right, lots of water and I am just so disappointed, and spent all of my money for nothing. I am a fitness coach and work out alot. I have even did bodybuilding competitions. I just can't anything nice about him and now I have to spend more money with Sonabella since he blamed me for weight back on. I really think he should have not been doing surgerys. I'm going to post my experience on any website that has reviews. Sandi

Everyone from Dr Heil to the Surgery Center nurses, to the office staff are phenomenal. The quality of care is better than a hospital because its personal. You feel like they care for you as an individual not a number. I would consider going back with no issues for another procedure.

I wholeheartedly recommend Premier Plastic Surgery for your aesthetic/cosmetic needs! I had an excellent experience with FUE hair transplantation with Dr. Heil and his team. I was impressed by the entire team's professionalism from the initial consultation conducted in the "men's cave" throughout the process and with the post-operative care and follow-up. It is a high-volume, high-quality center of excellence, and the results speak for themselves. Some highlights from my experience: - I got an email with detailed instructions and videos regarding the entire process and post-procedure care once the case was booked; the instructions were simple, clean, and straightforward. - Before the day of surgery, Anton – my patient coordinator, contacted me by text with the last details. Next, he greeted me on the day of surgery, and we selected lunch. I underwent the "laser" pretreatment. He was great, accommodating the entire process during the day and subsequent light treatments very nicely and expertly. - Subsequently, the marking time - a complex process performed together with Dr. Heil and his aesthetic eye. This was followed by the customized "buzz" according to my social needs and preferences. - Subsequently, the procedure went very smoothly; I mainly slept through the harvesting, then I had lunch and binged a Netflix show during the placement of grafts. - Despite my expectations, the surgery went unexpectedly easy. The entire team was amicable, and I felt at home - Thank you, Zak, Tylor, Chris, Carey, Cory, Anton, Tony, Dennis, Joe, Mimi and Bri! - Subsequent follow-ups and light treatments with excellent physician assistants were a pleasure! Everyone answered my questions and accommodated requests with tact and knowledge, harmoniously supplementing the entire experience. This is a follow-up review to a procedure and follow-up to that procedure from 2 years ago. The follow-up procedure did nothing to resolve what was wrong after the first procedure. Then I still have pain on my RUQ upon doing any abdominal exercises and pressure on it. I also still have the fat pad on my mons public area that makes it embarrassing to wear a bathing suit , leggings and excerciae pants to teach aerobics because it looks like I have a men's package. I feel lesson confidence now then before with this new issue that was a after effect of the tummy tuck. I am a nurse so the recovery was good etc. But the empathy and follow-up of Dr. Heil was very disappointing along with procedure itself. He only posts his positive photos and I cry everyday that I took photos etc ov er researching more, I should know better. I will not refer him oand will be honest when people ask me about my procedure and as a warning.

I highly recommend Brian Heil and Premier Plastic Surgery for any of you cosmetic needs. They were very professional and thorough with explanation of what I could be getting done. Follow up after surgery is very good. They return calls on any questions, and I being the inquisitive person I am had many. Mostly due to me not having all my questions at the time of consultation and surgery. They answered all in a timely manner. Made me feel confident and at ease about procedure I selected . Vaser Liposuction was done in August, I am very pleased with the results at a month out.. So far have lost 15 pounds and looking fairly decent. I understand it will take a few more months for the final results. But so far I am very excited at the way I look now.

Dr. Heil and office staff are hands down the best in Pittsburgh. If you are looking for a doctor, stop here and see Dr. Heil. His office is state of the art and the staff are professional, knowledgeable and caring. Appointments were accommodating and timely. I highly recommend his practice for all your beauty needs.
