I have been going to APM for over 6 years. Initially I was to be treated with a drug called Prialt given through an intrathecal pain pump. I did extremely well with the drug trial. When the permanent IT pump was placed n the prialt was started I began experiencing intense burning pain that worsened when the prialt was increased. I asked for the doctor to order a dye study to verify tip placement. They flat out refused, ordered MRI and CT neither of which could definitively verify placement. The PA ( Jason) even insinuated that it was psychosomatic. And altered the pump without my knowing if they increased or decreased the dosage. When I was able to tell what he did they immediately put morphine in the pump. In 6 years I’ve seen an actual doctor maybe 3 times. (Actually I only remember 2) This scenario went on for months before they finally stopped the Prialt. They have let the pump go dry 3 times. One time may have been my fault. The last time was the final straw. They wrote on the appointment card to call in mid September for an October refill. The pump was empty on September 21. I am done. They call the place ADVANCED PAIN MEDICINE. Damn is that a joke. Since I have a pump they won’t provide anything for breakthrough pain. Had I known I was going to end up back on narcotics I would have never had the pump placed. There is NO individualization of treatment. NO actual pain management. They don’t even coordinate care for muscle spasms. You have to get a PCP to prescribe that medication. One doctor ( Kevin) even admitted it was a crock. Connie McFarland

I had injections 5yrs ago and they were to work only for a very short time and I just started getting the pain again this year. Loved this place I couldn't walk sit or work before I went to this place.

Go to this "practice" if you want all your meds stopped without notice. Just cold Turkey, then when you beg and pled with them for help they refuse to listen. My husband lived thru a horrific nightmare at this place. And they will lie to you with no problem. They are in business to make as much money as fast as possible. The entire staff is rude an have no compassion for patients at all. The staff follows the example set forth by the "Doctors". Please listen to this review, save yourself tremendous pain, frustration and disrespectful treatment. Find another place to go.

Ignorant demeaning doctor. Asking the same questions over and over to a 81 year old patient. When asked him to speak kindly he thrown me out of the exam room as I was not patient. No one should be subjected to his manners

I just had a follow up appointment with their office I had epidural shots in my back and they helped but on your follow up u only see the PA she comes in telling me my drug test comes back with a positive cocaine result on it I told the lady i dont drink and do not do any sort of drugs. She argues with me and I ask her if any of my medications could give a positive result on my drug test she says ohhh no I come home and google two of meds and it says two of them can give you a positive result on a drug test. So the stupid PA doesnt know what she is talking about. I emailed their main office and I am waiting to talk to a professional who knows what they are talking about. Its a shame cuz I really liked Dr Lodico too, Everyone in that office was fooling around laughing and giggling when I was waiting to be seen so who knows what kind of people are working in this office.

These people should have their licenses revoked commit malpractice and fraud. Being investigated by the State. 85 reviews and over 50 rate LoDico BAD, a few say good. Do NOT use this Practice.

The Doctors are money hungry and that is all they care about. I walked in and was back in a wheelchair within 6 weeks. The only thing they did for me was to take away ALL the medication I have used for over 8 years, the medication that allowed me to walk. They lie to you and about you. It took a while but I finally got new Doctor now I just need to get out of the wheelchair they put me in. Sincerely do NOT use this Practice.

I've been his patient since he started his practice, over 17 years! You couldn't find a better doctor or group of folks anywhere! He & his staff are world class!

I spent 5 minutes of the 2 hours with this man. He crossed the line with questioning. Please follow your intuition when interviwing doctor's whom will be in charge of overseeing your medical condition. Neither he nor his PA, Dustin are qualified to diagnose and treat all seeking guidance.
