Sr. Buterbaugh may be the best surgeon in the area,his staff is horrible. I've had 2 cancellations the day before because his staff dropped the ball. Would never recommend him to anyone. Looking for a new surgeon.

I waited 2 hours to see the doctor. The waiting room was full and I asked how far behind they were. I was told it would just be a short wait. At one point, I was moved from the spacious waiting room to a cramped narrow hallway where 5 other patients were crammed in with me. I eventually was moved to the doctor's office and waited again. He spent about 5 minutes with me. He left the room and a woman came in and started filling out paper work. She sat directly across from me and never greeted me or spoke at all until she turned papers towards me she wanted me to sign. I told her I wanted to read them first. One said I was acknowledging the doctor explained risks of surgery. He did not. She asked if I wanted to know the risks and I said I certainly did. At that point I began waiting on the doctor again. Nothing about this appointment felt right, so I didn't wait for the doctor. I got up and left. $210 charged for 5 minutes.I have found another surgeon with whom I am pleased.

Dr Buterbaugh is amazing. He had repaired and fixed a previous shoulder surgery done by a highly known Dr. My past shoulder surgery Dr Buterbuagh did is coming along fantastic. My Pt that has been in the business for a very long time said Dr. Buterbuagh does nice work!

The doctors appointment with Dr Buterbaugh was excellent everything was done professionally and great detail and respect. The office is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and clean and very easy to get to. I would recommend anyone that needs Dr Buterbaugh's services to call for a appointment. We are very lucky to have such a great doctor to be able to go to. Appointments are very easy to set up and quick to get.

I have been a patient of Dr.Buterbaugh's over 20yrs. He has performed several surgeries on me with great results. He is very personable. I highly recommend him.

I almost had unnecessary surgery. Thankfully I had 2 doctors that gave another opinion and told me NOT to have the surgery. I’m very disappointed that a Dr. would perform an unnecessary surgery especially after a person had 3 already. Kick them when their already down!

A genuinely caring man. Wonderful staff, beautiful offices. Dr is extremely knowledgeable and was great at making me feel at ease.

I've had four procedures done by Dr. Buterbaugh: 2 Carpal Tunnel, and 2 Thumb Arthroplasty surgeries. I can't say enough positive things about him. He is friendly, caring, and compassionate. I recommend him often. He is, without a doubt, the best of the best!

Everyone at this facility is so friendly and helpful. I asked if they have a pep rally each morning before the office opens. Unfortunately I have had to have several surgeries... Dr. Buterbaugh is absolutely the best!!
