I chose to visit Dr. Balk because of the success I experienced with two wrist surgeries performed by the doctor. My recent visit with the doctor was for numbness on my right index figure. Dr. Balk took the time to listen to my explanation of my condition, showed my X-ray, and explained the next step to diagnose my condition. The doctor answered my question and his office staff were able explain my next procedure. I believe the doctor will be able help with my condition.

Appointment happened on time, received a shot in my right thumb. Dr Balk reviewed my x-rays and explained the shot procedure. Very pleased with the results and office staff.

I like Dr Balk, very attentive and professional. Getting a hold of the office staff to make an appointment is a different story. They either don’t answer the phone or on hold for 20 to 30 minutes. Don’t try to make it online cause you can’t pick a time or day, then you have to wait for them to call you back. I give 5 stars to Dr Balk, and barely a one star to his office personnel.
