Dr. Alyssa Taddie is the kindest and most personable eye doctor I have seen. She was not in a hurry. Took the time to explain everything and ask questions. From the ease of making an online appointment, to follow up calls about my insurance, simple and fast check-in, and a quick and easy appointment, I have no complaints.

I give Dr. Prazer and any of the doctors that I have dealt with 5 stars! However, the office is run at the convenience of the business (zero stars). You will never be able to speak with someone that is actually in the office. All calls are screened and they call you back the next day. Only to get your voicemail ... so you call them back and they call you back in 24 hours. The only way to get service is to actually go to the office. This place use to be the best but the new ownership is the worst. When Dr. Prazer retires, I too will retire from this practice!

We have had nothing short of amazing experiences every time we have had appts with eyecare specialists. My son went through the vision therapy program completing 24 weeks. He was so excited to go every week and always had the best time with Miss Maggie. He made such amazing progress with his reading, focusing and memory skills during his vision therapy session. We were beyond amazed at how much it helped with so many aspects of life. We now go here for all our eye appts and have been so impressed with the care provided by Dr McChesney as well as the friendliness from all staff members. We recommend this office for any vision needs.
