I did not feel that I had a very good experience. She never stopped talking, and when I would interject, the response was not helpful. Her demeanor made me feel that I was wasting her time, and that the reason I was referred was not valid. She felt PT would be helpful, referring to my shoulders and back[that indeed have problems] but - I did not go to see her for that! My visit was to address possible ...

I have used Dr. Payne as my childs pediatrician for 9 years. She is amazing with my little boy. Always goes above and beyond. Our insurance company quit covering the prescription my son has been on for the last year and she called and talk to the insurance company and they picked it back up! Dr. Payne didn't have to do that. She could have just suggested we change up his meds and try to find something else that may work. She didn't take the easy road, she helped! Saved me $240 a month.
