Very nice, clean place with very friendly staff. The physician was awesome! The triage tech needed a little retraining on his equipment, but overall a great experience. And I understand the lack of physicians… I hope more become available!

Why make appointments an option if you are put last anyway. It is ridiculous and your staff was unfriendly and very rude.

Called in for a DoT physical on a Friday and asked if they did them tomorrow (saturday) I was told yes. Went in today (that saturday) and was told they weren't doing them. Incompetent workers at its finest.

Went in for my 8 day old son who had an infected blister on his side. They opened and swabbed the blister to find out what exactly the infection was and prescribed a weak antibiotic so his new system wouldn’t be overwhelmed. Told us they’d have the results of the test in about 3 days. 6 days later we haven’t gotten a call and still don’t know what the infection is. In the meantime we’ve seen our pediatrician who prescribed a stronger antibiotic as the first one wasn’t helping. Two stars because at least it’s faster than the ER, but they don’t seem to care that some new parents are stressed about the health of their new baby.

Sat in the physician's room for nearly 2 hours, I had to open the door and ask if I was being seen. I was told in response that there is only one PA working and like 15 desk jockies. I sat in pain without a word saying they were short staffed or that it may take a moment. It's a shame that healthcare "practice" is so expensive and yet so terrible in America.

Check in staff and nurses were kind, helpful, and efficient. Could not say enough nice things about them! The doctor on the other hand, was a simply dreadful. Similar to other patients, Dr. Phillip Hove treated my teenager like she was drug-seeking when she had a sinus infection. He was lectured her about CDC guidelines regarding antibiotics, was rude, condescending, and insulting to her. She was in tears, but afraid to complain before we left.
