Several Months ago my wife tested positive for Covid-19; my wife, along with our two children have significant asthma. I have multiple health issues which put me at greater risk as well, and so called into Internal Medicine through Penn State Hershey - nurse triage made me aware that Dr. Borys would be returning my phone call. I should note Dr Borys was not my regular doctor. When she returned the call, I found her to be sympathetic and not only concerned about my health, but asked me how my wife and children were doing. She was very compassionate and comprehensive in her questions. She put an order in for me to be tested, and the results were that the kids and I were negative for Covid. Dr Borys, on her own initiative called on a regular basis to see how We were doing. She facilitated in getting us a pulse-ox and offered advice along the way. I cannot say enough about this wonderful doctor who beyond her comprehensive assessments, clearly has an understanding of customer service.
