My experience at this place was horrible and top of the extreme wait time i had a horrible nurse. The doctor told him to wrap my burned foot which already had medicine on it, he starts putting different medicine and not even cleaning it first i had to tell him to clean it. Then i over heard the doctor in the hallway tell him he cant use that ointment because it was used for someone else🤦So the nurse comes in now he's trying to wrap my foot. He kept trying to wrap it with too small adhesive pads to put underneath the gauze meaning the sticky part would've been on my burn. At this point i reach in the cabinet got some non adhesive pads and gauze and wrapped it myself. This is very concerning and scary at the same time. If this nurse doesn't have that much common sense what else is or has he been doing when others may not know

This is my first time write review on the google. If it has zero star i will choose no star for this urgent care. They should training employee before starting work there. Waiting for two hours get one school report.

I had seen my doctor's CNP a couple days before and continued getting sicker and couldn't get seen again. I was seen at AFC quickly and given new RXs that helped me recover. Doctor and staff were great and everything was done without a long wait time.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the all the staff. I walked into the office and notice there were three people ahead of me. My wait was about an hour. Before you freak out ,that means each person ahead of me was given 20 minutes of care. This showed me that the staff is efficient yet at the same time , taking the necessary time to provide empathetic care. I brought a magazine to read to make constructive use of my time. I will definitely recommend this care center.

The wait time was longer than anticipated. Communication lacked. I had to ask how much longer instead of being updated. I received no summary of my visit or diagnosis.
