My 95 year old mother is a patient of Dr. Uddoh. She had an appointment with her in January 2020 because she was having trouble with her vision but was told that her current prescription was adequate. In an attempt to get a copy of her current eyeglass prescription I was told that she hadn’t had a complete exam since 2017 and her current prescription had expired. How does the Doctor let the patient leave an appointment knowing that her prescription has expired??Help me understand the point of the office visit and the service provided?? Of course, accepting payment for the office visit was OK. Another example of taking advantage of the elderly. Egregious patient care and customer service.

This office was filthy, the staff horribly rude, and the doctor not only questioned me about my medication in a derogatory way, she actually told me to "Google it" in response to my chalazion. Last but not least, she told me she didn't treat my condition "at that office" and I left with a suggestion of hot compresses when my eyelid is clearly infected.

Twice I had surgery scheduled. Once I received a call two days before, cancelling the surgery. It was rescheduled for two weeks later. When I called the surgi-center that morning, I was told the doctor had previously cancelled all her surgeries for the day! No call to me, no reason given. How can one run a practice like this? Needless to say, I won't return to this very unprofessional woman.

Very thorough, kind staff and advanced technology.

Visits is good...should not have to listen to religious music, music should be soothing, workers should not be singing or humming the religious music while examining you. Music to loud.

Dr. Uddoh is a very good Ophthalmologist who has been controlling my eye problems with Glaucoma.

Has no idea what she is doing.Totally mis-diagnosis people. I was treated for many years for something I never had.

We have been trying to have a billing issue resolved for over 2 months. The office has never returned any of my phone calls. They billed both me and the insurance company for the visit. I was referred there by the emergency room and needed to go in 8am on a Monday morning. I was unable to give them the referral number until that afternoon. They refused to treat my husband without charging our credit card. So they basically double charged us for the visit. I paid and my insurance co paid.

She is very personable and caring,explains things well, gives excellent care.
