Since I’ve worked in and around healthcare for the bulk of my adult life, I’ve seen it all. Dr. Hammoud gave me information and options to help me make a good decision regarding an elective procedure. I highly recommend her to anyone with an orthopedic issue, especially if surgical intervention is a possibility!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hammoud since 2014 when she did a complete ACL reconstruction for me. I was able to return as a competitive athlete in brazilian jiu jitsu…She treats the person individually and sport specific.. I highly recommend Dr. Hammoud. I can’t say enough good things about her!

Dr. Hammoud at Rothman Institute cannot be oversold. She ruined other orthopedics for me. Although her resume is top notch, UCLA, John Hopkins, Mass Gen, TJ professor, she is personable and obviously an excellent teachers. While explaining her diagnosis and the pros and cons of different treatment options, she explain each and would reference aspects of the MRI with what she was seeing and not seeing and how that formed her reasoning. She asked for my input and explained how and when they would be effective while still providing her opinion on which treatments she recommended. She allowed us to feel like a team but where she was the strong capable leader. Exactly, what I look for when trying to receive medical treatment and only one of us is a doctor. I left feeling confident in her advice and treatment plan.

Unfortunately I made a bad decision to live with a torn ACL for almost 20 years. I dealt with the inconvenience and pain the entire time. As any good husband would do, they listen to their wife. She told me it's about time I get it looked at and get it fixed. Can't deny, I was nervous. I went to Rothman and had no idea who my doctor would be. Doctor Hammoud became the person that changed my life. She is the ultimate professional. No BS. Straight to the point, 100% accurate, a consummate professional, a hard worker and a super caring individual. Everything she outlined was completely accurate. I'm leaving this review 4 years after surgery. To this day I have felt no pain and completely normal. It is at the point where I forgot I even had a knee issue in the first place. After Dr Hammoud completed my knee surgery, I figured we might as well tackle my torn rotator cuff. Now I have two critical areas on my body that feel completely normal.
