Dr. Kearns is fabulous!! He has been treating my shoulder for years, and always comes up with a great solution until I mess it up again, lol!! I would never trust another doctor to do what Dr.Kearns has done for me. Suzy m, his clinical assistant is great as well. Her level of communication is outstanding and I never have to wait long to get info or an answer to my questions. I highly recommend using Dr. Kearns and Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder!!!

I was speaking highly of Dr kearns earlier today. He is definitely a good seed and I highly recommend him. I trust him and I know he has my best interest in getting me back to the way I was before the accident. He is awesome and a great personality!

Dr. Sweet and her whole office staff are the best. They are welcoming, supportive and caring! And, Dr. Sweet is an incredible physician. I travel over an hour to see her.

Great experience, came in for a second opinion and she is now my goto Dr for my hand.. great bedside manners. Supper knowledgeable and had a great alternative non surgical treatment for me.

I have been using Dr Sweet for about 12 years having several surgeries and other issues with my hands. She has always listened and more importantly corrected my problems.

Best of luck contacting them by phone. I am currently on hold for 25 minutes (and counting) just to cancel an appointment. There are no direct phone lines to the individual centers; only a single number that handles all calls for all offices.

my set an appointment for Nov, 3 for an MRI from request of Dr Kearns. They did not call in a prior authorization in 15 days. I had to stop by to even find out what was going on , where I was told Susie messed up and never called the prior authorization in. I contact Susie and she tells me she can't be bothered she is with a patient yet she called me while with a patient makes sense. What am I consider not a patient. Point of this is she messed up and refuses to accept she did and fix the situation before I have to wait another month for a new appointment and hope she can handle that one right!

Very friendly, answered all my questions. Very down to earth. He replaced both my husband’s shoulders over past 3 years. Office very clean, professional and cheerful. Would definitely recommend dr Kearns
