My recent experience with Dr. Pratt (both myself and my wife at the same time) was excellent as we addressed COVID related pneumonia and treatment following our release from the hospital. His up-to-date knowledge of the virus, willingness to answer questions and the way he conveyed his overall plan to address the treatment were outstanding. He always has a way to make you feel at ease, both with his calm approach and obvious concern and open/honest method of communicating important information in a simple understandable manner. This was a real difficult time for both my wife and I, his methods/demeanor built even more confidence as our treatment period progressed.

I have been seeing Dr Robert Pratt for over thirty years and in that time he has seen me and my family through many sicknesses and surgeries. But not only that, I consider him to be my confidant who has counseled me through my personal issues. He has always listened to me and has never led me astray. For all these reasons, I rate him a 5.0

10 yrs+ and many medical issues, seeing other doctors and specialist, Dr.Pratt rises above ..... Not only with his knowledge within the medical profession , but his ability and willingness to LISTEN TO HIS PATIENTS and go the extra mile, sometimes even will think out of the box when needed?? If he doesn't have the answer, will send you to who will,his bedside manner is the best, takes time to explain visit or test results ,answer all questions , same day emergancy appt, great staff AWESOME DOC!

Dr Pratt was recommended to me by my in-laws, who had worked with him while they were hospital patients. He has a thorough manner, and is the type who insists on knowing his patients, not just treating them. Alas, this means he tends to be chatty, so if you are a patient in a hurry (or just trying to get to an appointment on time) you will just have to wait. The best patient for Dr Pratt is a retiree with no set schedule and time to wait; those folks will be rewarded with a doctor who will listen and empathize. Time constrained? Look elsewhere. His office staff has the same attitude, BTW, so that's a blessing or a curse depending on your circumstance.

Dr. Pratt was my doctor for almost 20 years until I moved to South Carolina in 2005. I miss his genuine caring nature and willingness to listen to my problem. I will miss him as my family doctor.
