List of Joseph E Cesanek's Reviews
worst experience I've ever had with a physician. I wasn't a huge fan of his when I was a patient 4 or 5 years ago, hence why I promptly switched to LVHN after a handful of visits...but fast forward to today, when I called his office to get documentation of a diagnosis that he provided for me when I was his patient. They have no records of mine whatsoever since being taken over from St. Luke's. Umm okay? So where did my medical records go when his office merged, did they evaporate into the atmosphere? No worries, I tell them--he'll remember me, he still treats members of my family. All I need is some sort of documentation of the diagnosis that he provided for my job--anything. An email. A message. A screenshot. Anything. His assistant calls back--she talked to the doctor, he remembers me, and remembers making the diagnosis, but refuses to attest to the diagnosis unless I come in for an office visit. I don't need a current diagnosis, or medication or prescription, or anything like that, I explain--just some, ANY documentation whatsoever that he made the diagnosis when he did. He understands that, she says, and again refuses to provide anything unless I come in for an office visit. WHAT? They're withholding medical information...MY medical information from ME...for absolutely no reason other than...? To line someone's pockets for a phony office visit so I can get verification that he provided a diagnosis for me almost five years ago? What a joke. I am glad to have jumped ship to LVHN when I did and received the competent, wonderful medical care that I did, when I did. What a disgrace.
Dr. Cesanek is a caring and knowledgeable physician.
Dr. Cesanek is one of very few doctors that takes a personal interest in each patient. I highly recommend him to everyone I meet. He loves medicine & mystery cases and works hard to help solve them. He's a great doctor that puts his patient first. He says he'll never retire and it gives me great comfort to know I will always be in good hands.
Dr. Cesanek has provided very good care in the time I have been his patient.
Call for my husband they by light head two time call no call back
He answered all my questions and more. He doesn't rush you and communicate well with his patients.
This is the dr that I use for my cdl medical card exams. My wife called ahead & asked the secretary if I could do a “walk in”to get my exam done. When I showed up at the office, which was also the day my medical card expired, the secretary told me I could not be seen. She was extremely rude & had a very bad attitude. I tried explaining my situation but she was no help at all. I could have lost my cdl due to how unprofessional they do things in that office, but luckily I was seen at another office. So be wary of the people setting appointments and running this office. I do have to say though that Dr Cesanek is a very nice man & I do not blame him for what happened even though I will never ever use them again.
Great doctor. He actually listens to his patients. Id recommend him to anybody.
I am so grateful that I found this doctor. He makes everyone feel special. He's up on all the latest treatments and medications..I feel as though he truly cares about his patients!
I have been going to Dr. Cesanek for many years. He is very easy to talk to and spends the time to go over everything with you. He is a great listener and is very accurate on your medical condition.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
