Everyone here is fantastic and so friendly and helpful. I an very sick and Rachael came out to my car to give me a covid test.

Do not go here they do not care about their patients . They are medicine pushers. They will try to keep you on all medication even when you’re having a bad reaction and then try to put you on another medication to try to reverse the reaction that you’re having with the first medication that you weren’t having those additional symptoms before. They also hang up on you or talk to you rudely. They wanna blame your medical problems on you instead of on the professional who is not giving you the right advice. I’m requesting tests and they’re hanging up on me. I’m asking for a Covid antibody test and they refused. If you actually want medical help and for somebody who cares for you do not go here they do not care about their patients

This place is absolutely lazy!! The last two encounters, I was in an accident at 100+ miles per hour during a pandemic and they would not see me because they were not sure how they would get paid, Today I call and have 5 family members who tested positive for covid and they are going to tell me rather or not they feel I need a covid test when I am requesting one. Place is an absolute joke of a practice.

Myself and my family have been going here for almost 10 years. Our family physician is with this practice. Sometimes when our physician isn't in we see other Drs.The Staff and Drs are Always Friendly,Always Helpful.. One time I brought my mother in because her family physician kept diagnosing her wrong, Thanks to blue valley sending us to ER immediately my mother is still with us. Best service Best Doctors ever...Thank you Blue Valley......

I don't understand why people feel the need to be so rude. I was unable to fill my prescription today because a mistake someone that sends in made , yes called 3 times (1 time being the original call about them messing up) @1030am, 230pm 415pm to see if the doctor had signed it(I was told it was marked urgent this am) So I want to say that my doctor has always been more than nice great towards me this is NOT about hit. Sherry the receptionist has no business dealing with customers. When asked if it be ready at 430pm Sherri told me"How would she know?can't take the doctors hand and sign it for. He's a big boy will sign when he's ready" then stated that was appropriate because I called 3 times. Doctor Joseph sorry but you just lost a patient. To Mess up someone's script and thentalk a patient t that way, anybody who works her should be embarrassed

If I could give zero stars I would. This is one of the most unprofessional and uneducated offices I have ever been too. My wife and I have been trying to get bloodwork done for weeks because she is 12 weeks pregnant and also just found out we may be having twins. Every single time we have gone in we get a different excuse or lied to. We went in to see when we could get it done and we were told to come back the following day because the lab was only open at certain times.Great, we have a plan and can get it done soon. So we left and arranged to come back. We came back the following day at the specified times and then were told that the lab is not open once again and to come back at a different specified time. So now we leave again without being helped and plan another day in our busy schedule to come back at the new specified time. Aggravated and stressed we finally get a day to come in and get this out of the way. When we arrived we waited to speak with someone hoping to get this done and are now informed that we could not be helped and need to come back on a Tuesday or Friday because those are the only days the lab is open. So once again we left with nothing. We came back on a Friday at the specified time and again are informed that we can not get the lab work done that we have needed for weeks. Stress and being pregnant does not go together well and I will not put my wife through their games any longer. We will not be using this office ever again and found another office that was able to see us that same day.
