Dr Moon is a gentleman and I cannot say ANYTHING bad about the way I was treated. EXCEPT THAT THE CHAN SUNG SOON ( formerly Windber Hospital nurses ARE THE WORST EXCUSES FOR NURSES EVER in my experience). Dr Moon is a real friend to those under his care and even takes care of patients who are abused by the nurses at Windber hospital. Dr Moon is a real “go to surgeon “ in my opinion.

HERNIA SURGERY 1-4-17.Dr. Moon is the type of doctor you always hope to find. He is extremely professional yet compassionate. He allowed all the time I needed to ask questions and made sure I understood his answers. Bedside manner is excellent and I had no problems with my surgery. Would HIGHLY recommend this surgeon.

I had recent gallbladder surgery with Dr. Moon. Dr. Moon was very professional and caring in all aspects of my treatment. I had a lot of trouble with certain diets before my surgery, but I have no trouble now. Recovery was a breeze. The staff at Windber were very caring, and they all made my experience a very wonderful one.

We had a CAT scan on our mother. It took over a week and multiple calls and to get the result. Never did talk to Dr. Moon. Someone in his clerical staff tried to explain the results and said the CAT scan did not show enough. She said he wanted an MRI, so we took her for that on 11-16-16. She is 88 years old and pretty much incapacitated so very difficult to get her to the hospital. Now it is 11-22 and we have made multiple calls to get the results but nobody calls us back. Disappointed.

Had hernia repair sugery Dr moon seen me 2 times after sugery 5 minutes before walking out the door my care was not good still having problems I have swelling oxygen levels still not right and it was a botch sugery I am seeking a second opinion of what he did too me werehe cut me at they get infected and stitches come out of the openings then I have holes in my stomach not happy would never go back
