I have been in the ER since 8:30 pm, it is now 1:42am. I had chest pain and flu like symptoms. My chest and body hurts and I feel very weak as if I might faint. The chairs are very uncomfortable and the lobby is dirty. I feel so helpless. There is no reason I should be in the ER suffering like this for this long.

My son is in the NICU there and I am very very very unhappy with him being there. The staff is extremely rude and condescending. I would not recommend the Nicu to anyone. Steer clear of this place if you can

This is the second time I had to wait over an hour to see the surgeon, the make appointments weeks in advance then they just let you sit and wait, they move your surgery and don’t tell you until the last minute, they don’t give a flying fu$k about you. You’re just a number. I’m a human being maybe the surgeons need to remember that

I'm 58. Last Tuesday was my first hospital stay since I was brought into the world. The ER is a mess (but then again, what hospital's isn't). The treatment I received during my 3 day stay. however, was quite good. My IV antibiotics were delivered on schedule, and I never had to signal for the nurse more than once. The doctor's came by daily, taking the time to answer all my questions and concerns. In addition, my private room was clean and well stocked. Food service was on time and, in general, pretty good.

Been here as a patient for six days .. and tonight’s dinner was the best! Chicken & Tomato Alfredo with Ceaser salad 😋(all the food is good this was just really good)

I’m preg! New to Pa with great insurance. The nurse treat you like crap! Doctors do not care. My pictures are always bad. Its crazy because i was ref by a doctor I work with. Due the same month as me!! Her pictures are nothing like mine. I’m starting to feel is because I’m a women of color. I personally do not recommend this hospital keep searching. (I’m Hispanic married to a white husband)

No compassion. Inconsistent care. Understaffed and overworked. Unsanitary, dirty facilities. Overflowing trash cans. Used PPE on the floors. Lack of empathy and care for patients concerns. Patients denied respite-visits while on their deathbed. No one should have to die begging for comfort. Lankenau Medical Center is not standing up to their Mission, Vision and Values. I will never go to this hospital again.
