Best service ever. everyone was friendly ,helpful and professional. They explained each step and answered all my questions as I went along. The diagnosis they gave me and prescription ended a two week terribly cough I had. It was atypical pneumonia and my frist diagnosis was bronchitis. I would repmmned this sirite to everyone

The nurse practitioner was dismissive of reported symptoms and family circumstances, and instead did some very uncomfortable tests. When the tests (for a narrow band of possibilities) were negative, they refused prescribing meds and things got much worse for two days until a quick video visit with a DIFFERENT practice was able to correctly diagnose OVER THE VIDEO CALL what Mainline Health had missed and refused to treat. After the video call and a prescription things improved fast, no thanks to Mainline! And for the joy of being treated rudely and given no meds, we were charged over $500! Never going back. I suggest you avoid it and look elsewhere.

I was there on a Saturday morning. It was not busy. I was seen fairly quickly. Will return if necessary!

This place is a disgrace . Lazy, unprofessional nurse practitioners is what you get . Avoid it at all costs .

Extremely long wait. Dismissive doctor. Two hours wasted and we still have to contact PCP to resolve issues. We will not be returning.

I was just turned away about 25 minutes before closing. I said I thought you closed at 9 and was told the doctor stopped taking patients 20 minutes ago. I walked out, thought about it, then walked back in and said I know what the issue is with me and it won't take long. They didn't care. Now I have to suffer through the night and take off time from work tomorrow to see the doctor. Imagine if everyone decided to stop working 45 minutes before your shift ended. Shame on them. My suffering should be on their conscience now.

Arrived to no one working at the front desk. I had to knock on the doctor's door twice to get someone to come out and check on the waiting room. The receptionist and nurses were rude and laughed in our faces when we asked how long the wait was (more than 2 hours, which is worse than an emergency room). When asked if I could wait in my car, she said no and that she would immediately take me off of the board. Multiple other patients in the waiting room were complaining about the service here and how slow they are. 3 people in the waiting room proceeded to leave because the wait was so long. 0/10 do not recommend this place, obviously they do not care about their jobs nor the patients they serve. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ended up leaving and going to a different urgent care care that was 100% better.

well well where should I start first off I'm very very sick I was just in lankenau hospital days ago I don't feel any better so decided to stop at urgent care after work upon entry the staff was ver very rude I wasn't greeted I walked up to the desk and there waa African American Muslim lady with black scarf on very very rude and flat out ignorant she should not be working up front at all then she said we done for the night I'm like huh I was so upset after I stood in lines and there say open online she turned me away I asked for a higher up her then co worker was rude as well short Caucasian lady blonde hair also rude just very very bad staff who to me wanted to go home early I wouldn't treat a dog how they acted then I asked for the manager she was rude wouldn't even talk to me Patricia Monroe I'm going to also call corporate and I pray they hire new staff it's a horrible place to treat sick people

I had an appointment at 2pm. I arrived and there was only one person in the waiting room. Yet it still took them 2 hours to see me. It's always like that at this urgent care. There's just a bunch of the staff sitting at their computers while everyone just waits for forever to be seen
