I chose MLH when PCOM did not have a Gyn on staff and couldn't address my concerns. I lucked up when choosing Dr. Iacasiano, who is WONDERFUL!!! She listened to my concerns and gave honest responses. The difference between a physician and a good/great physician is when you leave the visit feeling relieved, educated and with alternatives.
I think a critical factor in getting good health care is finding a doctor who doesn't undertreat or overtreat, and I highly recommend Dr. Icasiano for that. I went in to consult with her on something I had seen 2 doctors before previously, had had four different kinds of treatments over a year, etc., she proposed a sensible plan of finding out what was wrong and took care of it in one visit. The office staff was great too, and the whole place was clean and pleasant. Highly recommend!!
Very pleasant and calm, not overzealous about treatment/prognosis. Office staff can be gruff.
I was the first patient of the day. My appointment was 9:30. I arrived at the office at 9:05. The receptionist said she didn't have an appointment for me. Really? I handed her the card which I kept over a year, in her handwriting. Red flags -how can I be sure they review my paperwork? I was brought into the exam room where I was left, undressed till after 10. No one came into the room with any explanation. I was just left there. Doctor Icisiano was just sitting in her office. I expected that she would come into the exam room by 10:00 since I was her first patient of the day. NO. I finally got dressed and left the room . The receptionist and the other women there were all defensive and acted as if I were unreasonable that I should expect to be waited on within 45 minutes of my appt. when I was the first patient. I would complain to Dr. McConnell who owns this business but I found her to be bored with her job as a doctor and completely unengaged with her business.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
