DR RAI IS THE BEST DOCTOR

I was dissappointed with Dr Masand-Rai that he didn't talk to me after my procedure when I was alert. The nurse said he talked to me but I was not awake to remember anything he said. I have never met Dr. Masand-Rai until the day of my procedure.

I had my colonoscopy on Tuesday, Dr. Rai came in said a couple words and had me sign some papers. He walked out without saying anything. In the exam room he didn't say anything at all to me. Next thing I know I'm waking up and he came in while I was still out of it and said a few words to me & my wife. I mentioned that I had previous pain near my belly button going around to my left side. He cut me off and said if you have pain see me in my office... then walked out. Great nurses and staff.

Very thorough and exhibits genuine concern for his patients. Had both endoscopy and coloscopy performed under Dr. Rai's care.
